Job summary

Wings Technology Enterprise, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Sales Support to join the team.

The role focuses on delivering technical and administrative support to customers and the Sales Team, translating requirements into suitable products, preparing quotations, and assisting with technical presentations. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales, Engineering, Production and other departments to address pricing, availability and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or sales support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, cable assembly, and PCB products.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, and BOMs.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support to customers and the Sales Team.
• Review customer requirements to identify suitable products or solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers/vendors, Sales, Engineering, Production, and other departments regarding technical requirements, pricing, availability, and lead time.
• Maintain and provide product specifications, datasheets, drawings, BOMs, and other technical documents.
• Support customer requirements related to cable assembly and PCB fabrication/design.
• Assist in customer meetings, product presentations, and other sales activities, and perform other related duties assigned by Management.

About the role

The Technical Sales Support is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Sales Team and customers. The position assists in understanding customer requirements, preparing product and technical information, coordinating quotations, and supporting sales activities involving electronic components, parts and accessories, cable assembly, PCB fabrication, and related products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support to customers and the Sales Team.

• Review customer technical requirements, specifications, drawings, and related documents to identify suitable products or solutions.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, technical presentations, and sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers/vendors, Sales, Engineering, Production, and other departments regarding technical requirements, pricing, availability, and lead time.

• Maintain and provide product specifications, datasheets, drawings, BOMs, and other technical documents.

• Support customer requirements related to cable assembly and PCB fabrication/design.

About you
