• Proven ability in project specification, consultant coordination, and technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PRC registration preferred;
• Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical construction and supply/manufacturing;
• Background as a Specification Engineer, Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Project Engineer;
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, materials, and project specifications;
• Proven ability in project specification, consultant coordination, product selection, and technical proposals;
• Capable of influencing product approval and design inclusion;
• Strong technical communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills;
• Willing to conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product demos.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and develop new clients, projects, and business opportunities for the Company.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
• Promote the Companys electrical engineering services, products, and project capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, bid documents, and contracts for prospective projects.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate project terms with clients.

Technical Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate electrical solutions and services.
• Review project plans, technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Operations Team regarding project feasibility and costing.
• Assist in project estimation, load computation, and technical documentation when necessary.
• Provide technical support and clarification to clients during project discussions.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding project schedules, delivery timelines, and implementation requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
• Address client concerns, technical issues, and after-sales service requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain updated records of client accounts, quotations, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, project status updates, and forecast reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and project-related files.
