Job summary

BAIVI Outsourcing Inc. in the Philippines seeks a proactive Business Development & Technical Support specialist to identify target clients, develop opportunities, and foster strong relationships for satisfaction and growth.

You will provide technical guidance on ingredient functionality, support product trials, and stay current on the product portfolio while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer care to ensure accurate orders and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify target clients and develop new business opportunities through project development.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on ingredient functionality, application, and formulation.
• Assist clients during product trials, troubleshooting, and optimization of ingredient use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable ingredients based on technical, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and local clients to ensure effective communication, alignment of product capabilities, and business goals.
• Coordinate with customer care to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Work with customer care to ensure compliance with regulatory.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to share knowledge and coordinate efforts.
• Partner with marketing teams to support product launch activities, prepare technical marketing collateral, and participate in industry events.
• Maintain client records, project status, and opportunities for monitoring.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, client activities, and industry outlook for management.
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report sales pipeline activity using sales monitoring reports.
