Job Description

The Technical Sales position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support both customers and the organization. This role requires a blend of sales discipline, technical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver effective solutions and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and establish new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
• Build maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and value-added support.
• Organize and execute sales visits to existing and potentials clients.
• Review, analyze, and report on sales performance, sales pipelines, customer feedback, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and client requirements.
• Strong technical technical expertise with the ability to understand, demonstrate, and troubleshoot products/services.
