Responsabilités

• Customer engagement and sales – identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets for cosmetics.
• Marketing strategies – develop and implement campaigns including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Market research – analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Lead generation – find new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Brand awareness & promotion – ensure company image and message reach the right audience through storytelling and targeted promotions.
• Negotiation & pricing – discuss pricing, contracts, and deals to maximize profitability while satisfying customers.
• Performance tracking & reporting – monitor sales metrics and marketing effectiveness to refine approaches.

Salary Range

php 20,000 - 25,000

Work Set Up

• 1-2 months training at the CPH Office (Orientation, Product and Services Offered)
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• Filed work: Client Visit, will report at the office once or twice a week
