Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Associate with a science background to identify and pursue new opportunities. The role requests a Bachelor's degree in Science, 2+ years of related experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.

You will conduct product presentations, prepare proposals, and visit clients on-site with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency with marketing background is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide post-sales support and customer training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Salary Range: php20,000

Work Set Up

• 1-2 months training at the CPH Office (Orientation, Product and Services Offered)
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• Filed work: Client Visit, will report at the office once or twice a week
