Distributor of Raw Materials Industry in Carmona, Cavite invites a Technical Sales Representative with at least 1 year of experience to join the team. The role covers engaging customers, driving cosmetics sales, and executing marketing campaigns while nurturing client relationships.

You will conduct market research, lead generation, and negotiations, with field visits and office reporting. Proficiency in English and Tagalog, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE

LOCATION: CARMONA, CAVITE

SALARY: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Biology.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Tagalog and English.
• Must have a non-professional or professional driver's license and the ability to drive.
• With the ability and desire to sell.
• With negotiation and coordinating skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Resilient and able to cope with rejection.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working in a competitive environment.
• With good numerical skills.
• Fluency in a foreign language is an advantage, particularly when working with international companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Customer Engagement and Sales: Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets for cosmetics.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement campaigns to promote products or services through digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Market Research: Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead Generation: Find new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Brand Awareness and Promotion: Promote the company's image and message through compelling storytelling and targeted promotions.
• Negotiation and Pricing: Handle discussions on pricing, contracts, and deals to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.

WORK SETUP:

• 1–2 months of training at the CPH Office, covering orientation, products, and services offered.
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Fieldwork includes client visits, with office reporting once or twice a week.
