Responsibilities

Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Company products functions, features and benefits.

Collaborates with Sales Team to understand customer requirement; andprovides technical sales support.

Provides technical support and services to customers regarding use, operation, applications and maintenance of instruments, machines or equipment.
