Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a technical sales professional to pursue opportunities by engaging prospective clients, presenting solutions, and understanding customer requirements. You will conduct client visits, lead technical discussions, and develop business opportunities with a focus on engineering products and services.

The role requires translating technical needs into viable commercial solutions, creating proposals, and coordinating with operations to ensure aligned deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or related functions.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Knowledge of project estimation, costing, and quotation preparation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by engaging prospective clients and promoting the company's products, services, and technical solutions.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements and develop business opportunities.
• Create new product portfolio and identify new trends or technology on the market.
• Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and project requirements and recommend suitable products, services, or engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and supporting documentation in coordination with project operations and materials management teams.
• Clarify technical requirements and respond to customer inquiries during the proposal and evaluation process.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Conduct technical orientation for clients about the company's products or services.
• Coordinate with project operations and materials management to ensure alignment of technical and commercial requirements.
• Support project handover activities by ensuring customer requirements and agreed deliverables are properly communicated to execution teams.
