Job summary

Concrete Solution Builders & Supply is seeking a Civil Engineer for on-site project oversight in Metro Manila. You will monitor multiple projects daily, prepare reports, cast samples, and conduct inspections while assessing client needs to propose tailored technical solutions.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of construction experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of material cost estimation. Canva familiarity and related design tasks are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with license.
• 2–3 years of experience in the general construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable in cost estimation of materials.
• COSH training is an advantage.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Canva and other designs needed.

About the role

This role involves daily project monitoring of multiple onsite projects, creating accomplishment reports and evaluation forms, and conducting onsite inspections and sample casting as needed. You will assess customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions, deliver demonstrations and presentations, and handle technical inquiries during the sales process. You will prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents, build long-term relationships with clients, and support sales teams to meet or exceed quotas. You will provide technical training for customer staff and assist with troubleshooting or product trials, while identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback to product development teams on customer needs.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (With License)
