Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• Sales, construction, or business development experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read construction plans and technical documents.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
