Job summary

TGT GLOBAL is hiring a Technical Recruitment Officer in Eastwood/Quezon City to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and support the client with insights and recommendations. The role requires strong English communication, sourcing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

You will collaborate with operations and clients, ensuring timely hiring, accurate reports, and smooth onboarding across global teams. Eastwood/BGC onsite with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter handling IT roles (Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Server, and similar positions).
• Strong understanding of IT roles and ability to interpret, assess, and communicate technical job requirements.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
• Conduct client meetings to align hiring requirements and expectations.
• Support clients by offering recruitment insights and recommendations to help inform their hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring needs align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
