Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to operate onsite in BGC, Taguig City. You will support the hiring process from outreach to placement, coordinating interviews and maintaining records across recruitment systems to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer care or contact center, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment. US EST night shift is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Care.
• Stable employment history with at least 1 year with each employer in the last 2 years.
• Strong English communication and confident candidate interactions.
• Ability to multitask across calls, systems, and records in real time.
• Experience in recruitment support or RPO is preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume or seasonal hiring is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City on US EST / Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and assess alignment with opportunities.
• Guide candidates through hiring requirements and interview prep.
• Communicate job expectations and recruitment updates clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Ensure timely submission of candidate information and documentation.
