About the role

We are looking for a proactive US IT/Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-demand technology roles across North America. In this role, you will act as a primary recruiting partner, engaging directly with tech talent and working alongside US account leaders to fill specialized roles across modern software, data, security, and cloud domains.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic candidate searches for complex technical profiles, leveraging cold outreach, advanced search techniques, specialized tech platforms, and personal networks

• Conduct rigorous initial interviews to assess candidates' technical background, project experience, compensation expectations, and readiness for US client roles

• Cultivate ongoing talent pools for recurring technical domains to reduce time-to-fill for critical positions

• Oversee interview stages, manage offer negotiations, collect feedback, and maintain clear alignment between candidates and hiring stakeholders

• Keep candidate tracking systems up to date, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational metrics and response times

About you

• At least 2+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience dedicated to the US market, ideally within a third-party staffing, agency, or RPO model

• Proficient in Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and navigating major US candidate databases

• Strong grasp of modern software stacks, IT infrastructure terminology, and emerging tech skill sets

• Flawless written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with US-based professionals

• Must possess your own functional Laptop/Desktop and a reliable headset/headphones

• Full availability to work fixed Night Shifts aligned with US business hours
