Job summary

Expertise BPO Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide technical recruitment support for a team of Consultants. You will handle full recruitment life cycles and work with Bermuda and Cayman teams, reporting to our recruitment managers.

Based in Manila, you will interview candidates, draft job descriptions, manage ATS, and coordinate scheduling with clients. The role requires graveyard shift hours; Mondays to Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in full recruitment cycle.
• Experience conducting technical interviews across industries including financial/banking.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing; Boolean search experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the full recruitment life cycle with the recruiter.
• Open new job requisitions and document client information in Dynamics.
• Draft and format job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source candidates using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Vet resumes and shortlist candidates for screening interviews.
• Conduct screening interviews with technical questions to assess fit.
• Write candidate bios tailored to requirements for clients' decision making.
• Manage candidate communications and track applications in the ATS.
• Schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and clients.
• Handle references and background checks as needed.
• Assist with client communications and business development opportunities.
• Support pipeline interviews and sourcing, updating the ATS and LinkedIn projects.
• Provide recruitment admin support and collaborate with the team.
• Independently manage ad hoc projects like maintaining talent pipelines.
