Job summary

This full-time freelance position follows a 4-day work week with 3 consecutive days off and a graveyard shift. You will maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and provide onboarding support for US

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment support or HR is preferred.
• Familiar with ATS and HR databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Update the tracker and hiring pipeline daily.
• Post jobs, source applicants, and screen resumes.
• Call candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Manager on hiring updates and clients.
• Provide live recruitment and onboarding support for US clients.
• Track and organize hiring data and reports.
• Assist Recruitment Lead with other hiring tasks.
• Screen resumes and update the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate correspondence.
• Prepare and send offer packages and contracts.
• Support recruitment events and job fairs.
