You will assist customers with product inquiries, technical concerns, order updates, warranty claims, and troubleshooting, helping to build a career in the BPO industry.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or Senior High School graduate.
• No or with call center experience, depending on account.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of computers, gadgets and consumer electronics.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding technology products and services.
• Assist customers with product information, features, specifications, and availability.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for electronic devices.
• Address concerns involving orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Process warranty claims, service requests, and product-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
