Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Call center experience is an advantage but not required, subject to account requirements.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls as required.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, and delivery concerns.
• Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for technology-related products.
• Address concerns regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Explain product features, service policies, and available solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain service quality and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
