Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end IT and technical hiring. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of roles.

The role requires 2–3 years in recruitment for IT/Tech, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems. A hybrid on-site/work-from-home setup is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to hiring technical or IT-related roles.
• Experience recruiting IT/Tech positions such as Software Engineers, Developers, Cybersecurity, Data, or other technology-focused roles is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding endorsement.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche technical roles.
• Prepare candidate endorsements and provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment updates.
• Ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process and achievement of hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records within the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and professional engagement.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, talent market conditions, and developments within the technology sector.
