GoTeam is seeking a RecruitmentResourcer for IT/Technology staffing with remote US-friendly workflows. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, high-volume recruitment, and maintaining compliant candidate pipelines across permanent and contract IT roles.

The ideal candidate has 1.5–2 years IT recruitment experience, solid sourcing capabilities, and strong MS Office/CRM skills. This role offers day shift and fully remote work within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years IT recruitment experience.
• Sourcing across permanent and/or contract IT roles.
• Strong understanding of technology environments and core IT concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment databases/CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and manage high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Perform initial technical screenings to verify candidate skills against job orders.
• Maintain Ready-Now talent maps to reduce turnaround times.
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and client consultants.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical alignment.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates with clear communication.
