Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruitment) in Metro Manila. You will own end-to-end IT/tech hiring, from posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of client requirements through established processes and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in talent acquisition with a tech focus, plus experience with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition with focus on technical recruitment.
Skilled in navigating and using applicant tracking systems.
Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding for all assigned requisitions.
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking.
Screens all applications to ensure credentials, qualifications, and required skills are met.
Endorses candidates to the hiring manager and communicates hiring updates.
Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes.
Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers to align profiles.
Facilitates handoff and updates on new hires to Operations and Human Resources.
Assists onboarding and mentors TA Specialists and Associates.
