Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified IT professionals across software, networks, and data roles.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs while maintaining candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Technical sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Candidate relationship management.
• Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and assess candidates' technical skills and experience.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to job offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for roles such as Software Developers, IT Support Specialists, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Data Analysts, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Cloud Engineers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
