• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to lead recruiters and manage multiple requirements.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Drive monthly recruitment targets and timely delivery.
• Develop client and stakeholder relationships and translate needs into strategies.
• Source and attract qualified talent using modern tools and networks.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, reference checks, and background investigations.
• Manage endorsements, offer negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare shortlists, reports, and hiring updates for clients and management.
• Maintain and grow a talent bank of qualified candidates.
• Lead and guide fellow recruiters while managing individual requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth recruitment delivery.
