You will partner with hiring managers, business development teams, and clients to understand manpower needs and build robust talent pipelines. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates eager to build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Headhunting, or HR-related functions are highly encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms and tools (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers, business development teams, and clients to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and screening assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and endorsements for hiring managers and clients.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and extending employment offers.
• Support salary discussions and employment requirements processing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment databases.
