Job summary

SID Global Solutions in Manila is seeking an IT Recruiter to build strong technology talent pipelines for local and global hiring needs. You will manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing across multiple tech domains while partnering with hiring managers to drive successful hires.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment, strong knowledge of IT skill sets, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. A fast-paced, target-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or IT.
• 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT roles and skill sets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience recruiting for US/APAC/global clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals and portals.
• Build Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify passive talent.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews.
• Recruit across Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps/SRE, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infra, BA & PM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers and joining formalities.
• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
