Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring a Tech Account Representative to provide customer support and basic-to-intermediate technical assistance in a fast-paced BPO setting. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, diagnose issues, guide users through troubleshooting, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will document steps and resolutions in the CRM, meeting KPI targets while working on-site in Bridgetowne, Pasig. Experience in customer service or TS roles is valued.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate (or college undergrad/graduates).
• 6 months to 1 year of BPO, customer service, or Technical Support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good computer navigation skills and ability to explain technology to non-technical users.
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Pasig on shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email channels.
• Identify technical concerns, conduct step-by-step troubleshooting for devices, products, software, or services, and resolve basic technical issues.
• Probe effectively to understand the root cause of customer technical problems.
• Accurately document issues and escalate complex concerns to higher tier support teams when necessary.
• Log all interaction details, troubleshooting steps, customer feedback, and resolutions into the CRM system.
• Meet established productivity, quality, AHT, and CSAT KPIs.
