Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience in call centres or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving and customer-centric approach.
• Proficient with computers and CRM tools.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple interactions.
• Patient, empathetic and emotionally resilient.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of healthcare services or insurance terminology is a plus.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Committed to confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities
