Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer navigation and basic technical skills.
• Comfortable explaining technology to customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Previous BPO, customer service, or technical support experience is an advantage.
