Job summary

IONOS is seeking a Team Lead in Cebu, Philippines to manage a customer-focused team within our European cloud infrastructure and hosting services business. The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and alignment with company principles while delivering on performance targets and service quality.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with other departments, address escalations, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of team lead experience
• Education or training in Computer Science , IT or equivalent experience
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth management of a team and achieve the goals set by the company.
• Be the point person for all concerns and maintain customer orientation.
• Provide orientation and set correct company expectations for employees which may include giving correct information, assistance and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs efficiently.
• Submit team performance reports and address performance problems through corrective disciplinary actions.
• Meet team attendance and performance targets.
• Conduct coaching and mentoring that are essential to the individual and team development
