Job summary

IONOS EN, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure and hosting, seeks an HR Manager to lead front-line HR operations across our Cebu City team. You will implement HR policies, coordinate with line managers, and support workforce planning to enable high-performance front-line teams.

You will drive employee engagement, handle talent development and onboarding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
• At least 5 years experience in HR Management, preferably supporting front line or operational teams.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning and HR program implementation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for front-line employees, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with line managers to address employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records with strict data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment and timely onboarding for front-line roles.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
• Assist in performance management and coaching for leaders.
• Lead change initiatives and HR system implementations.
