Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming requests via telephone, email, and live chat to identify and upsell hosting products.
• Maintain current knowledge of our hosting portfolio.
• Respond to cancellation requests and identify retention opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retentions targets.
• Direct customers to online knowledge base to improve self-service capabilities.
• Document cancellation outcomes to aid understanding of churn reasons.
• Report activities to Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager.
