IONOS (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Senior Management to oversee market KPIs and drive production targets. You will coordinate with team managers and multiple departments to ensure smooth shifts, performance consistency, and availability.

The role emphasizes coaching Team Leaders, leveraging data, and influencing positive changes to meet customer experience and business goals. 5+ years in people management and a bachelor’s degree are required.

• Utilizes diverse development strategies to grow Team Leaders/Support Leaders.
• Applies Situational Leadership to delegate and tailor coaching.
• Uses Performance Development Planning for career development of teammates.
• Manages time effectively to prioritize coaching for impact.
• Establishes global relationships for information flow on policy/product changes.
