Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Team Head to lead and drive the branch sales teams toward achieving aggressive sales targets and strategic programs. The role involves coordinating with support units and closely monitoring performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team in banking, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of credit processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• 2+ years' experience leading a team and selling bank products.
• Strong people management, selling, training and communication abilities.
• Adequate credit knowledge and leadership capabilities.
• Driver's license and motorcycle driving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulates branch sales strategies and directs implementation for the sales teams to hit sales targets.
• Ensures sales teams generate adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Closely monitors sales, credit and collection performance and acts on variances.
• Validates and approves credit recommendations of Account Officers to conform with limits and maintain credit quality.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Formulates branch sales strategies anddirectsimplementation for the sales teams to hit sales targets.
