Lewis Personnel Management is opening its first Philippine branch to support an established Australian education recruitment agency.

We seek a Recruitment Consultant / Teacher Sourcing Specialist to source, engage, screen, and shortlist qualified teachers for schools across Australia, joining a growing Philippine team You will work closely with the Australian recruitment team, build talent pools, and drive registration and interview processes while expanding sourcing channels for long-term

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment within the education sector.
• 3+ years of hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of using SEEK / SEEK Talent Search.
• Experience recruiting for Australia, UK, or US markets is an advantage.
• Experience with ATS/recruitment systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt qualified teachers using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, candidate databases, job boards, and social media.
• Conduct targeted searches and proactive candidate outreach to build strong teacher talent pipelines.
• Source across Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Special Needs education.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, teacher registration, work rights, availability, year levels, and subject specializations.
• Engage candidates and guide them through registration, digital interview, and reference checks.
• Prepare concise candidate profiles and shortlists for Australian recruitment consultants.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future school vacancies.
• Explore new sourcing channels including teacher communities, social media groups, referrals, universities, training providers, and other talent networks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the database/ATS.
• Work toward weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets.
