Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter focused on the Australian market to manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record recruiting directly for Australian companies, clients, or agencies and excels in sourcing, headhunting, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, and closing candidates.

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Direct Australian recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting for Australian clients, companies, or recruitment agencies.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and headhunting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Australian clients, from sourcing to placement.
• Source and headhunt qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to clients.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and placement.
• Effectively close candidates and manage counteroffers and competing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Meet recruitment KPIs, placement targets, and hiring timelines.
