Satellite Office is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines.

You will identify and source candidates for our retail stores across AU and NZ markets using SEEK, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools, while collaborating with the TA team, conducting outreach, and maintaining the ATS to track progress.

This role emphasizes candidate engagement and building a robust talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates for retail stores using SEEK, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to plan targeted sourcing strategies.

• Screen resumes and profiles to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track interactions in the ATS.
• Nurture relationships with passive candidates for a robust talent pipeline.
• Keep up with recruitment trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
