Boomering is seeking two experienced Recruitment Consultants to support Australia-focused vacancies from Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will drive recruitment delivery, maintain candidate pipelines, and own vacancies from sourcing to placement in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes outbound calls, candidate engagement, and achieving weekly KPIs, with a hybrid work setup in Angeles City. The team handles civil construction, solar, mining, and resources opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery or end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and fast-paced targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across job boards and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume outbound candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Interview, register, and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates for suitable vacancies and perform reference checks.
• Coordinate interviews, medicals, inductions, and candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
