Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist in Makati to own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Philippines and Australia. You will work with hiring managers and APAC colleagues to attract, screen, and hire top talent while developing targeted sourcing strategies.

You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, manage agencies, and drive talent management initiatives. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on recruitment in a dynamic, international consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a global engineering consultancy.
• Experience sourcing engineering/consultancy staff and delivering on difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of Philippines/Australia labor market trends and recruitment practices.
• Experience managing agencies/third-party suppliers.
• Proven track record in recruitment delivery with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive attitude; experience in early careers/campus recruitment.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Strategize workforce planning to identify talent acquisition needs for sector directors.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop sourcing and screening campaigns with global recruitment marketing teams.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to select best candidates.
• Build and maintain a future talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the global team to define Total Rewards to attract and retain talent.
• Support managers in developing and delivering talent management programs.
