Intro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus on offshore talent from the Philippines for Australian clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and collaborate with our Australian team to meet hiring requirements.

With 5+ years in offshore recruitment, you will build candidate pipelines, assess fit, and coordinate scheduling between candidates and clients. This onsite Makati role offers growth in a dynamic, international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offshore recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet and JobAdder.
• Screen and interview candidates per client requirements.
• Prepare candidate profiles and CVs for client submission.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Australian clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with the Australian team on hiring priorities.
• Provide candidates with clear information and guidance throughout the process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.

Intro Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and focus on recruiting skilled offshore talent from the Philippines for Australian clients.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in offshore recruitment and hiring, with a strong understanding of the Philippine talent market and experience recruiting candidates for international or Australian-based opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to client submission and placement, while working closely with our Australian team to understand hiring requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of offshore candidates from the Philippines for Australian clients
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, JobAdder and other recruitment platforms
• Screen and interview candidates based on skills, experience, communication and client requirements
• Conduct candidate assessments and prepare candidate profiles
• Prepare and format CVs using MS Word for client submission
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Australian clients
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in JobAdder
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Work closely with the Australian recruitment team on hiring requirements and priorities
• Provide candidates with clear information and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore recruitment and hiring
• Proven experience recruiting Filipino candidates for international or offshore opportunities
• Strong understanding of offshore recruitment, candidate engagement and talent sourcing
• Experience working with Australian clients or international hiring markets is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market and recruitment channels
• Confident in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates
• Knowledgeable in using JobAdder and other recruitment/hiring platforms
• Proficient in MS Word, particularly for CV formatting and candidate profile preparation
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
