Job summary

Da Prosperitas Holding is seeking a Talent Success Associate in Manila, Philippines. You will support end-to-end recruitment, engage candidates, and align their goals with opportunities within the People & Culture team.

You will partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth processes, maintain talent pipelines, and contribute to people development and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media for recruitment and engagement.

Responsibilities
