Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire high-quality talent for contact center programs and other roles, including potential hires in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage offers and onboarding, while maintaining accurate ATS records and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in supporting high volume multi-unit recruiting.
  • Experience with recruitment software platforms and ATS.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn new recruitment tech, analytics and AI tools.
  • Strong analytical, administration and problem-solving skills.
  • Protective handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Define job requirements with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specs.

  • Conduct initial phone screens assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Make job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Complete hiring paperwork and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Who You Are

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting high volume multiple business units recruiting.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with one or more recruiting software platforms and ATS.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology, recruitment analytics and AI‑tools.
  • Strong analytical, administration and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of company confidential and proprietary information.
  • Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
  • Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to attract top candidates.
  • Ability to create a positive, professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Proficiency in conducting structured, competency‑based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Experience with candidate assessment tools or techniques (e.g., psychometric tests, skill assessments).
  • Expertise in using ATS tools.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to manage job offers and compensation packages effectively.
  • Ability to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire) and use data to optimize the hiring process.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior TA Specialists, providing guidance and training.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
