• Achieve and exceed individual hiring targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client manpower requirements.
• Maintain strong productivity to support team and company targets.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsements, offers, and candidate closing.
• Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Perform background and reference checks and support onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and monitor hiring metrics.
• Participate in process improvements and team meetings.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to support hiring targets and client requirements. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates while ensuring a strong talent pipeline and positive candidate experience.

This position plays a key role in meeting hiring targets, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and supporting overall recruitment operations.

Target and Hiring Delivery

• Achieve and exceed individual hiring targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client manpower requirements and business needs
• Maintain strong productivity and output to support overall team and company targets

Recruitment Execution

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsements, offer management, and candidate closing
• Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Perform background and reference checks
• Support onboarding processes

Sourcing and Pipeline Management

• Source candidates through various channels
• Build a strong and qualified talent pipeline based on role requirements
• Maintain consistent candidate engagement to ensure pipeline readiness and availability

Coordination and Stakeholder Support

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process

Candidate Experience Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience
• Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback

Reporting and Data Management

• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Monitor and track endorsements, conversion rates, and hiring success metrics
• Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
• Ensure proper database management in line with company standards

Team Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Participate in recruitment planning, process improvements, and new hiring initiatives
• Actively contribute to team meetings by sharing insights, challenges, and best practices
