Job summary

• Familiar with job portals, social media recruitment, sourcing channels.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or ATS experience preferred.

About the role

This is a recruitment role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels to facilitating job offers and onboarding coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers based on job requirements
• Facilitate recruitment assessments, trade tests, background checks, and pre-employment requirements as needed
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely application updates
• Prepare and facilitate job offers for selected candidates
• Coordinate with HR and concerned departments regarding onboarding and deployment
• Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and candidate database

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or recruitment experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and other sourcing channels
