EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our Cebu team in a full-time capacity. You will drive high-volume candidate sourcing using diverse channels and tools to build strong pipelines for critical roles.

You will identify sourcing strategies, screen candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, track metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working on-site at the Cebu office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience with recruitment platforms and ATS.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and Boolean search.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work on-site at the EXL Cebu office daily.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing channels and platforms to attract high volumes of qualified candidates.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for openings and organizational needs.
• Screen and qualify applications against job specs and company standards.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Track recruitment metrics including sourcing channel effectiveness and cost-per-hire.
• Maintain the ATS with candidate information and updates.
• Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment.
• Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in volume hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
