Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, and schedule interviews, maintaining candidate records and coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You will also assist in onboarding, background checks, and recruitment branding initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and engagement. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment or HR support experience (entry-level).
• Exposure to sourcing, screening, and ATS management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office and recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports for accurate hiring data.
• Assist in onboarding activities such as document collection, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and experience.
