Job summary

Advantage HQ in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale our talent pipelines. You will implement proactive sourcing across multiple functions, engage passive candidates, and craft strategies to attract interview-ready talent for a fast-growing company.

Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Head of People & Culture, you will expand evergreen pools, improve candidate quality, and shorten time-to-fill, while leveraging AI, data, and modern sourcing

Qualifications

4–7+ years of sourcing, recruitment experience.
Proven success sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience sourcing globally across North America, Europe, Asia, and remote markets.
Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, talent mapping, and pipeline management.
Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and continuously improve performance.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.

Research competitors, compensation trends, hiring activity, and talent availability.
Craft highly personalized outreach campaigns that generate strong response rates.
Build authentic relationships with passive candidates.
Represent the Advantage HQ employer brand professionally.
Maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Continuously optimize messaging through testing and analytics.
Maintain accurate candidate records inside the ATS.
Track sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Support recruiters with scheduling and coordination.
