• Screen large volumes of applicants through efficient, high-standard English language evaluations and behavioral profiling.
• Coordinate seamless on-site recruitment drives, supporting "1-day stress-free processing" events.
• Manage application data diligently using our global tracking systems and iCMS profiles.
• Calibrate daily with operations leads to meet strict class ramp-up deadlines.
