Qualifications

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and tools to build a pipeline of candidates that meet our organizational needs. This role is essential to supporting our rapid growth and ensuring we have access to top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline across key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and utilize multiple sourcing channels and platforms to attract high volumes of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment databases
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies tailored to various job openings and organizational requirements
• Screen and qualify candidate applications to ensure alignment with job specifications and company standards
• Build and maintain a talent pool of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including sourcing channel effectiveness and cost-per-hire
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and answer inquiries
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities
• Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in volume hiring
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing databases
• Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels and strategies, including Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work on-site at the EXL Cebu office on a daily basis
