Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, networking).
• Screen candidates and maintain applicant flow using Recruitment Tracking System.
• Implement candidate generation techniques and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds.
• Report to GBC Talent Identification Team Leader or Supervisor.
