Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Pasig City (hybrid) is seeking a Talent Assessor to evaluate candidates for designated client roles using the client’s ATS. You will collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage high-volume openings across North America.

Responsibilities include reviewing applicants, shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screens, crafting compelling job stories, coordinating interviews, and updating candidate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or Corporate HR recruitment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
• Amenable to NIGHT SHIFT and Pasig City hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, summaries).

Responsibilities

• Review applicants in the client’s ATS for specified positions.
• Create a short list of candidates and present them to the Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Follow phone screen templates and qualify candidates against role competencies.
• Develop compelling job stories to attract candidates to the client.
• Assist with interview scheduling, confirming availability and location.
• Update candidate details and status in the ATS promptly.
